From this section in Settings, you can assign the hourly billable rate and hourly cost per employee and business category. In this way, when your employees register their working hours, not only the cost of the time they have spent on the project will be automatically calculated, but also the billable rate.
In addition, after making these adjustments, you will be able to generate quotes or invoices based on the time record and the hourly rate/cost set for each of your projects.
Remember to verify that you have the necessary permissions to access the configuration options for billing and budgeting your projects in Holded.
What can you configure from billing and budgeting?
The billable rate per category
By setting the billable hourly rates for the different categories, you will be able to choose between them within your projects and indicate the hours spent. This will facilitate the visualization of the distribution of hours registered per category.
