Get there
- Go to Projects from the navigation bar
- Click on Forms
Using filters, segmentation, and column configuration options
From the form list in Holded you can apply default filters and segments to find what you are looking for quickly. In addition to configuring the information, you want the columns in the list to display.
To access the filters, segments, and column settings, you will have to select the list view, as these options do not appear in the grid view.
Using predefined filters
- Click on + Filter
- Select one or more of the available filters:
Project | Select All created projects or specific projects. |
This project is archived | Filter by: All (active and archived projects), Archived (archived projects), Not archived (active projects). |
Saving custom filter combinations as segments
- Make your filter selection
- Click on Save segment
- Type a name for your new segment
- Click OK
The new segment will be accessible from the drop-down menu, so you can easily select it when you need it.
Configuring the columns to be displayed in the list
- Click on the two-column icon below the search bar
- Select the information you want the columns to display in your form listing:
Name Corresponds to the form title field. Type Indicates the type of task that is generated when completing this form (Task, Story, Epic, Bug). Description Displays the description of the form so that you can quickly identify it. Project The name of the project to which this form belongs is specified. List Displays the name of the list that this form uses to generate the tasks. Question number The number of questions contained in this form in order to create the tasks.
You can use the search bar at the top right to search by keywords. Additionally, you can click the Fill form button to fill in the form directly, and create a new task in the specified project and list.
