How to access:
- Click on your company name (upper right corner)
- Click on the Holded Store section
- Click the "CRM" button
- Click "Activate"
With CRM you can manage all your opportunities in a simple and intuitive way. You can organize create sales stages , create events and tasks.
- View the status of each opportunity . By creating statuses or funnels you can easily see where each opportunity is in the sales process .
- Change the status of each opportunity. You'll be able to easily select and move opportunities as you go through the sales process.
- Mark opportunities as wins or losses. By marking the opportunities as won or lost they will disappear from the active sales funnels and you can filter for them in case you need it.
- Receive notifications for each event . By creating events within each opportunity (call, meeting [...]) you can enable the responsible person to be notified by email before the event or at the same time.
- Filter by your opportunities. In the event that several people in the company use CRM, you can filter by user to see only your opportunities.
- Check the forecasts of your opportunities. Track the expected date and closing probabilities based on the information entered.
Once the APP is activated, you can start creating your opportunities and funnels to track your leads.
