How to get there
- Access Inventory in the navigation bar
- Select Waybills
- Click on the waybill line and access the document viewer
Add messages, notes, or files to a waybill
Add a message for your customer to a waybill
Unlike sales and purchase orders, only internal notes can be added to packing slips. On the other hand, it is not possible to send a message to your client in the form of an email with your comment and the link to reply to you from the client portal.
Add an internal note to a waybill
- Tap the Messages button
- The Internal note option is enabled by default for waybills (unlike purchase and sales orders)
- Write your note
- Click Send
Internal notes are visible only to users of your company account and will appear in yellow to distinguish them from messages to customers that have a white background and can only be managed from purchase and sale orders
Attach a file to a waybill
- Press the Statistics button
- Locate the Files area
- Click Add Attachment
- Select a file from your computer
