How to get there
- Click on the Control Menu, top right of your screen
- Click on Settings
- In the Account section, click User management
How to remove a user from your account
Remove a user from your Holded account if you want, for example, to stop a former employee from having access; or if you want to free up space to give access to a new user, but you have already exhausted the number of invitations available in your plan
Remember that the option to remove users will only be available if you have acquired the role of Administrator
- From Settings > Company account > User management, click on the user profile you want to remove
- In the pop-up side menu, choose the option Remove user from account
- Confirm the action
By deleting the user, access to the team member will simply be removed, leaving a space available that you can occupy through new invitations to the account.
Check the number of invitations you have in +Invite users and improve your plan to extend it
