How to get there
- Click on the Control Menu, top right of your screen
- Click on Settings
- In the Account section, click User management
How to invite new users to your Holded account
- From Settings > Company account > User management, click + Invite users
- In the pop-up panel, type the email address of the user you want to invite
- Click the dropdown to choose the user's role:
- System roles: the most common roles already predefined in Holded:
- Administrator: with access to the whole account
- Finance: manage sales and purchases documents, finances, and more
- Sales: full access to sales and opportunities
- Inventory: purchase and sales orders, shipments, products, stock, settings, and more
- HR: full access to team data
- Project member: access to projects
- CRM member: access to CRM
- Custom roles (if you have previously created them): those roles customized from the predefined roles and that best suit your needs

You can also activate the Guest option to give limited access only to the team zone
- System roles: the most common roles already predefined in Holded:
- Click Invite to confirm the action
Check the number of invitations you have in +Invite users and improve your plan to extend it
How to resend an invitation to a user
- From Settings > Company Account > User management, go to Pending Invites
- Click Resend
- Confirm the action
How to revoke an invitation to a user
- From Settings > Company Account > User management, go to Pending invite
- Click Revoke
- Confirm the action
