To activate the CRM app from your Holded account click on the grid icon located at the top of the page then click on CRM and click on Turn on.
With the CRM app you'll be able to do the following:
- Keep track of new deals
- Create funnels to manage the stages of your leads
- Create multiple pipeline
- See all your deals, lost deals, won deals and new deals
- Add leads
- Assign labels to your opportunities
- Find your activities you have created in the Holded Calendar app
