You can activate the Basic version of the Team App or you can activate Team Plus to unlock all the possible features.
How to activate the Team app
- Click on the grid icon located on the top left hand side
- Click on the Holded Store button
- Click on the "Team" button
- Select Team Basic or Team Plus click on "Activate"
The Team app will enable you to manage all the processes and organisation of your team in a simple and intuitive way.
With the Team app, you can add employees, manage contracts, payroll, absences and vacations. In addition, each employee will have access to their employee portal from which they can consult their payroll, request vacations and absences.
Select from one of the 2 options for the Team app:
- Create Employees
- Manage payrolls
- Manage contracts
- Create employees
- Employee portal
- Absences: Request absences and manage requests
- Business Management
- Time tracking (for employees to clock in and clock out so that their hours are tracked.
Once the app has been activated, you'll be able to start entering your employees and give them access to your employee portal.
