How to get there
- Access to Analytics from the toolbar
- Select Reports
- Click on Sales
What is the Sales report?
Holded provides you with an automated report where all the data about your sales, either entered by you or generated by the system, is collected.
The difference with the Revenue report is that this report collects only the data related to the merchandise sales accounting account (group 70).
Through this report, you will be able to analyse where your company is situated with regard to all your sales, consult its history and make a projection for its future.
You can filter the information by date, with a maximum time range of 12 months.
You can export each section of the report in Excel or PDF, filter by Tags and choose the graphic display that best suits your needs, between bars and lines.
Click on the star icon to mark the report as your favourite and view it as soon as you enter the Reports section.
What are the sections available in the Sales report?
Sales
This is the main category, where all the data related to your issued sales invoices and their respective accounting entries are gathered, giving you an overview of the status of your sales.
The data is broken down as the following:
Cost | The information about the cost displayed in the product details. If there would be cost variations, an average will be made between the cost indicated on the product details and the amount displayed in the purchasing documents of that same product. |
Taxes | The total amount of taxes linked to your sales. |
Margin | The difference between Sales and Cost. |
Unities | The number of product units included in the sales invoices. |
Sales | The total amount without taxes. |
Total | The sum of Sales and Taxes. |

This section collects all the data on your sales classified according to the contacts linked to your issued invoices.

In this section of the report, you will find the data of your sales related to all the products added in your issued invoices.
The breakdown is organized according to the name of the products.

This is where the data on your sales is collected and distributed by the merchandise sales accounting account (group 70) assigned to your issued invoices.
