What is a Contact in Holded?
A contact in Holded refers to any person or company that is created with the intention of sending documents & monitoring your business with them. In addition, in the reporting section you can make an analysis of your sales & purchases with that contact.
Holded presents all the contacts using the same interface- whether they are a client, a supplier or a lead, you'll find them in the contact section with their contact type.
When are Contacts used?
You won't be able to create documents without first having created a contact. In the import section you'll see that it's the first aspect that you must have registered to start working.
It's essential to add an ID for each contact, so that Holded can link documents imported later on with corresponding contact.
