In Holded, you will have the option available to recover the items you have deleted or archived. Please note that this option is not available for all documents and items you remove from Holded.
Recover a document from trash
To start recovering items from and documents from trash, click on the settings icon (located in the top right hand side corner within Holded.
- Select the items you want to recover
- Click on the "Restore" button
- Have you accidentally deleted a document, contact, product or employee? Do you want to check which user has deleted a document? In the Trash section you will find the documents, contacts, products and employees deleted so that you can recover them.
- Limit recovery days: Depending on the Plan that you have activated, you will have a maximum of recovery days.
Once you have accessed the Trash section you will see the following information divided into columns:
Deleted: The date and time when the item was deleted appear.
Deleted by: The Holded user will appear that I deleted the item.
Description: You can check the description of the item to identify it quickly.
Category: The section in which the item is found (Invoices, Purchases, Employees, Products) will appear.
Restore: Click on the Restore button to return the item to Holded.
Select and restore: To restore several elements you must select them by means of the "checkbox" on the left side of the "Deleted" column and then click on the "Restore" button.
Empty the Trash: To empty the Trash and the documents do not appear you must select them by means of the "checkbox" on the left side of the "Delete" column and then click on the "Delete" button. Remember that you will not be able to recover them.
