1. Access the Control Menu, top right
2. Select the Holded Store
3. Go to the gems section, at the top
4. Click on Catalog
5. Click Start 14-days trial or Activate full version

1. In the View Catalog menu, locate Settings
2. Check the boxes you want:

   ---

   1. Show stock
   2. Show tags
   3. Import product description when creating orders from the Catalog

1. In the Inventory section, go to Products
2. Click on a product
3. Within the product card, activate the "Catalog" button to show the product in your online catalog (Activate this option in order to show this product in your online catalog)

   This option is only available if you have previously activated the Catalog gem

Check the Inventory section in the Holded Academy to learn what a product is in Holded, what types exist, and how to create them

1. In the View Catalog menu of the Control Panel, locate Holded Catalog
2. Click the View Catalog button

1. Go to Contacts in the navigation bar
2. Select the contact to whom you want to send the access link to the Catalog
3. Click More (arrow icon, top right)
4. Locate the Portal section, on the left side
5. Activate the Holded Catalog button to give access to the contact
6. Click Send link to contact
7. Fill in the fields Email, Subject, and Message
8. Press Send to confirm the action

1. Go to Contacts in the navigation bar
2. Select the contact whose customer portal you want to access
3. Click More (arrow icon, top right)
4. Locate the Portal section, on the left side
5. Press the button View customer portal
6. Within the portal, click on Catalog, and then on Store

Once there, and if you have followed all the previous steps, you will be able to see the product in the specific catalog of the client.
