Catalog is a paid gem available in the Holded Store and is subject to a monthly payment. Learn here what it is and what you can do with it
How to get there
- Go to Inventory in the navigation bar
- Click Control Panel
- Press the button View catalog
Manage the Catalog
1. Activate the Catalog gem
- Access the Control Menu, top right
- Select the Holded Store
- Go to the gems section, at the top
- Click on Catalog
- Click Start 14-days trial or Activate full version
2. Configure the options
- In the View Catalog menu, locate Settings
- Check the boxes you want:
- Show stock
- Show tags
- Import product description when creating orders from the Catalog
3. Activate your products
- In the Inventory section, go to Products
- Click on a product
- Within the product card, activate the "Catalog" button to show the product in your online catalog (Activate this option in order to show this product in your online catalog)
This option is only available if you have previously activated the Catalog gem

4. Preview your Catalog
- In the View Catalog menu of the Control Panel, locate Holded Catalog
- Click the View Catalog button
5. Give your contacts access to the Catalog
- Go to Contacts in the navigation bar
- Select the contact to whom you want to send the access link to the Catalog
- Click More (arrow icon, top right)
- Locate the Portal section, on the left side
- Activate the Holded Catalog button to give access to the contact
- Click Send link to contact
- Fill in the fields Email, Subject, and Message
- Press Send to confirm the action

6. View the product on the Customer Portal
- Go to Contacts in the navigation bar
- Select the contact whose customer portal you want to access
- Click More (arrow icon, top right)
- Locate the Portal section, on the left side
- Press the button View customer portal
- Within the portal, click on Catalog, and then on Store
Once there, and if you have followed all the previous steps, you will be able to see the product in the specific catalog of the client.
