How to access:
- Click the on the grey grid icon located in the top left hand side corner
- Click on the Holded Store button
- Click on the "Catalog" button
- Click on Holded Catalog and "Activate"
The Holded Catalog is a virtual catalog where your customers can place orders, check their status or purchase history. The app enables your customers to select what they would like quickly and easily!
Advantages of the Catalog app
- Sales orders: Your customers can place orders directly from your catalog, online from anywhere. They will also see the items with images so that this is also visually easy to identify products.
- Activate and deactivate products from the catalog or directly assign specific rates to your customers and create personalised catalogs.
- When customers place an order through Holded Catalog, you will (the admin) receive the request in your account so that you can process this quickly and easily.
