- Select the "Finance" button
By registering invoices and accounting entries in Holded you will automatically be entering information about your sales, purchases, products and contacts that will then enable you to perform an economic and financial analysis. In Holded, you will find 5 types of "Financial Reports" so you can perform your analysis without having to do it manually.

The reporting section is full of useful information you've added within the sales and purchase invoices, payments & collections and the entries you have created.
The "Reports" that you will find in purchases are the following:
1. Profit & Loss
In the profit and loss section, you can analyse the income and expenses of your accounting year. In this Report, you can filter the results according to the level of detail you want to appear:
- Results: The summary of the total results of the Profit and Loss will be shown: Operating result-Financial result-Income before taxes-Result for the year.
- Titles: The second level of detail will appear for you to have greater visibility.
- Groups: The third level of detail will appear for you to have greater visibility.
- Accounts: Will appear broken down by all accounts
2. Balance sheet
In this section you can analyse on a specific date what your assets are and all the debts and capital of your company. In this "Report" you can filter the results according to the level of detail you want to appear:
- Results: The summary of the total results of the Profit and Loss will be shown: Operating result-Financial result-Income before taxes-Result for the year.
- Titles: The second level of detail will appear for you to have greater visibility.
- Groups: The third level of detail will appear for you to have greater visibility.
- Subgroups: The fourth level of detail will appear for you to have greater visibility.
- Accounts are broken down by all accounting accounts.
3. Sums and balances
In the sums and balances section you'll be able to analyse a specific date to show the balances of your accounts . In this report, you can filter the results according to the level of detail you want to appear:
- Accounts: You can filter by the number of digits you want to appear.
- Types: You can filter by the type of accounting account: All, Basic financing, Non-current assets, Stocks, Customers and suppliers, Financial accounts, Purchases and Expenses, Sales and Income, Expenses charged to Net Equity and Income imputed to Net Equity.
4. Bank entries and exits
In this section you can analyse on a specific date what your income and expenses are in the different banks that you have.
- Tickets
- Departures
- Balance
5. Daily Ledger
In this section you can analyse all the movements of your accounts . In this report, you can filter the results according to the level of detail you want to appear:
- Accounts: In the search bar, type the account number.
- Types: You can filter by the type of accounting account: All, Basic financing, Non-current assets, Stocks, Customers and suppliers, Financial accounts, Purchases and Expenses, Sales and Income, Expenses charged to Net Equity and Income imputed to Net Equity.
