Discover the Financial Reports

How to access:
  1. Access the Invoicing APP 
  2. Click on the  "Reporting" section
  3. Select the "Finance" button

By registering invoices and accounting entries in Holded you will automatically be entering information about your sales,  purchases, products and contacts that will then enable you to perform an economic and financial analysis. In Holded, you will find 5 types of "Financial Reports" so you can perform your analysis without having to do it manually.

5 Different Reports: You can access the Reports of your Profits and Losses, Balance Sheet, Sums and Balances, Inputs and Outputs of the bank and Daily Ledger.

The reporting section is full of useful information you've added within the sales and purchase invoices, payments & collections and the entries you have created.

Before starting
 
Filter by dates: In each "Report" you can filter by the dates you need. It will appear broken down by months. In case you choose only 1 month the information will be broken down by days. Please note: You can only filter reports up to 1 year so a maximum of 12 months only. 
 
Export the information: In all the "Reports" of purchases you can export the information you have filtered, by accessing the drop down arrow located next to the date filter and clicking on the "Excel" or "PDF" button.
 
Tags for analytical accounting: Discover all the benefits you can get from the Tags or tags in the section of the Billing Academy  > Billing Settings> "List of Tags and how to use them".

The  "Reports" that you will find in purchases are the following:

1. Profit & Loss

In the profit and loss section, you can analyse the income and expenses of your accounting year. In this Report, you can filter the results according to the level of detail you want to appear:

  1. Results: The summary of the total results of the Profit and Loss will be shown: Operating result-Financial result-Income before taxes-Result for the year.
  2. Titles: The second level of detail will appear for you to have greater visibility.
  3. Groups: The third level of detail will appear for you to have greater visibility.
  4. Accounts: Will appear broken down by all accounts
Filter by Annual or Monthly: If you want to see the developments of your profit and loss by months, you can filter this from the drop-down option "Monthly".
 

2. Balance sheet

In this section you can analyse on a specific date what your assets are  and all the debts and capital of your company. In this "Report" you can filter the results according to the level of detail you want to appear:

  1. Results: The summary of the total results of the Profit and Loss will be shown: Operating result-Financial result-Income before taxes-Result for the year.
  2. Titles: The second level of detail will appear for you to have greater visibility.
  3. Groups: The third level of detail will appear for you to have greater visibility.
  4. Subgroups: The fourth level of detail will appear for you to have greater visibility.
  5. Accounts are broken down by all accounting accounts.
Filter by Annual, Monthly or Objective: In case you want to see the evolution by months of your Situation Balance account you can filter in the top drop-down by the option "Monthly". If you want to compare your balance with respect to the objectives you have marked, filter by "Objectives".  You can find out more about how to add cash flow goals here.
 

3. Sums and balances

In the sums and balances section you'll be able to analyse a specific date to show the balances of your accounts . In this report, you can filter the results according to the level of detail you want to appear:

  • Accounts: You can filter by the number of digits you want to appear.
  • Types:  You can filter by the type of accounting account: All, Basic financing, Non-current assets, Stocks, Customers and suppliers, Financial accounts, Purchases and Expenses, Sales and Income, Expenses charged to Net Equity and Income imputed to Net Equity.

4. Bank entries and exits

In this section you can analyse on a specific date what your income and expenses are in the different banks that you have.

  • Tickets
  • Departures
  • Balance
Filter by Bank: Once you have registered your banks, they will appear in the top drop-down menu so that you can select and see the data of each of them. Learn how to create a bank in the section of the Academy> Billing> Banks.

5. Daily Ledger

In this section you can analyse all the movements of your accounts . In this report, you can filter the results according to the level of detail you want to appear:

  • Accounts: In the search bar, type the account number.
  • Types: You can filter by the type of accounting account: All, Basic financing, Non-current assets, Stocks, Customers and suppliers, Financial accounts, Purchases and Expenses, Sales and Income, Expenses charged to Net Equity and Income imputed to Net Equity.
