To enable your contacts to place purchase orders from the Client portal, you will need to activate the Catalog functionality from the Holded store. Learn more about what Catalog is here.
How to invite clients to the Portal individually
- Go to Contacts from the navigation bar
- Find the contact you want to invite
- Hover the mouse over the logo that appears to the left of the contact's name
- Click on the + symbol
- In the bar that will appear at the bottom of the screen, select Send portal link
- In the pop-up window, click on the Send button
How to invite clients to the Portal in bulk
- Go to Contacts from the navigation bar
- Access the three-point menu at the top right of the screen
- Select the Public portal option
- Copy the URL on the next page
- Share this link with your customers or include it on your website so that they can access the Portal from there
How to access the Portal shared with your contacts
- Go to Contacts from the toolbar
- Select the contact you want to consult
- In the window with the contact's general information, click on More
- On the next screen, scroll down until you find the Portal section on the left-hand side
- Click on the View client portal button
