Holded enables you to have a personalised dashboard per user and account. You can choose a predefined structure or add widgets that are more useful to your customised board.

You'll see that some widgets will show the sum of several concepts within the system. That is why below we detail how the main widget is calculated: 

Sales Widget

+ Sales amount (without taxes) 
- Rectifying sales
+ Transactions against income accounts (Sales channels)

Purchases Widget

+ Amount of purchases (without taxes) - 
Amount of rectifying purchases (negative) 
+ Transactions against Expense accounts

Widget Expenses

+ Amount of purchases

- Amount of corrective purchases (in negative) 
+ Payroll amount 
+ Entries against expense accounts

Collections Widget

+ Purchases not collected
+ Rectifying purchases not collected

Widget Payments Pending

+ Purchases not paid 
+ Rectifying sales not paid 
+ Payroll not paid

You can find the breakdown of your Operating Result in Reporting > Accounting > Profit and Loss.
