Remember that the Wire transfers feature is only available for Company accounts, not for Freelance ones.
The Wire transfers section, within Banking, allows you to register wire transfers for either payments or collections (inbound and outbound wire transfers).
Wire transfers are created in order to settle the purchase and sale of any type of merchandise. Documents are uploaded to the bank system which, upon receiving the order, is responsible for executing all collections or payments with customers or suppliers. In the case of outbound wire transfers, a file is generated where all the invoices to be debited to the customer's account are uploaded.
Wire transfer statuses
- Pending: The remittance is not yet uploaded to your online bank account
- Processing: The remittance is already uploaded to your online bank account
- Completed: The remittance is already charged
When you create a wire transfer, it is created with the status pending
What can you do in Wire transfers?
Create and reconcile wire transfers
To generate a wire transfer it will be necessary to enter the IBAN, as well as the Presenter ID and Creditor ID (both IDs are the same number) in the Banks Configuration section in Holded. These IDs are codes that identify you before the SEPA system as a presenter of direct debits. If you do not know what your ID is, you should ask your bank.
