How to get there
- Go to Inventory in the navigation bar
- Select Waybills
You can also follow the following path: Inventory > Control panel > Waybills. Learn more here about the Inventory section and its Control panel
Invoice a waybill
In order for you to manage your invoicing as simply as possible, Holded allows you to convert your waybills into invoices or sales receipts.
How?
- In the list of waybills, click on a waybill of your choice
- In the waybill panel, click the Convert button
- Select, for example, Invoice, among the available options
This action will take you to the Sales section
Learn how to create a sales invoice, how to create a simplified invoice or sales receipt, or how to create a purchase order
- In the Sales section, the New Invoice menu will open
- Once all the fields are filled in, click Save
