Holded allows you to modify information on multiple contacts at once. You will be able to work from Excel to save time, and then update the information in bulk for each of the contacts in the platform.

How to proceed with the update

1. Click on the 3-point menu in the upper right corner
2. Select the Update contacts option
3. In the pop-up window, click Download import template to download the template
4. Modify the necessary information in the template
5. Save it in the same format in which you have downloaded it
6. Go back to the Update contacts option from the three-point menu
7. Drag or select the file with the modified information to proceed with the update
