- Access Inventory in the navigation bar
- Select Orders and then Purchase Orders

Filter purchase orders by date
If you want to get information about the orders in a certain period of time, you can use the date range selector and filter the documents by:

- Click + Filter
In the list of orders, you also have predefined Filters available, to be able to get a more detailed view of the details of your orders and find just what you are looking for at that moment.
By choosing one of the following options, you can filter your products by:

Pending, Shipped, Partial |
Billed |
No, Yes, Partially |

The associated email can be in status: Not sent, Sent, Read |
Expense account |
The account associated with the cost concept of the order |
Subtotal |
The sale price without taxes (or tax base). You can choose between Greater than, Less than, or Equal to the indicated amount |
Pipeline |
The personalized logistics stage in which the order is located |
Draft |
The request is Yes or No in draft |
Document numbering |
The type of numbering you have created |
Once you have selected the filters you need, you can click Save segment, and your search preferences will be saved as a custom filter among the predefined segments

Remember that between the segments, the custom filters that you have saved will also appear.
The option to filter by segments will allow you in this case to filter the orders by status.
You can filter by segment Pending + Not billed and export your orders pending collection to keep track
