How to get there

Access Inventory in the navigation bar
Select Orders and then Purchase Orders
Click on the order line

In the document viewer, click the Convert button
Select the option Purchase

Check the history of a purchase order

In the document viewer, tap the History button

In this section, you can check the users who have created or edited the order, and the date and time the action was carried out
