- Access Expenses from the navigation bar
- Select Expenses
Holded allows you to delete any purchase or expense you've previously registered in the platform in case you need to.
Before deleting an invoice, you may prefer to make a credit or refund by means of a purchase refund. However, in case you delete it and want to recover it, you have the option to restore it. Learn how here.
Delete purchases or expenses
From Holded you have the option to delete single or multiple invoices at the same time.
A. Delete individual purchase invoices
- From the list, go to the invoice you want to delete
- Access the three-point menu (⋮)
- Hit Delete
- Confirm the action
You can also delete individual invoices as follows: In the list, click on the three-point menu (⋮) to the right of the invoice you want to delete. Select Delete and confirm the action.
B. Delete invoices in bulk
- Check the box to the left of all invoices you want to delete
- From the bottom bar, click on Delete
- Confirm the action
You can select a maximum of 500 invoices to proceed with the bulk deletion
