- Go to the Banking section from the navigation bar
- Select the Banks option
Adding your bank to Holded will allow you to easily synchronize and reconcile your transactions.
There are two methods to add your bank to the platform: by automatic synchronization or manually.
Remember that it is not possible to make transfers to pay invoices or others directly from Holded. Only your bank statement information is imported so that you can control all your transactions from a single place.
Adding a bank account
A. Automatic synchronization
- Click on + Add account, which you will find in the top right corner
- Select the Bank option
- Choose the country from the drop-down menu
- Enter the name of your bank in the search bar
Remember to select the bank associated with your company, not the one of your private account. In case you work with Qonto, you will need to look it up here as well, as it works as a business bank account.
- Select your bank from the results offered by the system
If your bank does not appear among the options, click on + to add it
- Enter your login details and click Next
It is important that you do not use the autocomplete option to fill in the fields with the login information (username and PIN). Type your username and PIN (the same ones you use to access your bank's online account) to log in and add your bank account without any problems.
You may receive a code via a message from your bank to confirm your access. If so, enter it.
- Choose the account(s) you want to synchronize by checking the appropriate boxes
- Hit Next
B. Manually
- Click on + Add account, which you will find in the top right-hand corner
- Click on the Bank option
- Select the country from the drop-down menu
- Search for your bank from the search bar
Remember to select the bank associated with your company, not the one of your private account. In case you work with Qonto, you will need to look it up here as well, as it works as a business bank account.
- Choose your bank from the results
Click + to add your bank, if it does not appear among the options provided by Holded.
- On the next screen, click on Add Manually
- Enter the following details: Name, IBAN, BIC/SWIFT, and Currency
- Click on Save
