You can create contacts directly from the CRM app. Everything that is carried out from the contacts part in the CRM will have the same effect in the contact module of the Invoicing app within Holded.

Create contacts within the CRM app
Create a contact from the CRM contacts section
From the contact section that you find in the sidebar of the CRM, you will find the same interface as the contact module in your account. From here you can create a contact by completing all the information required.
Create a contact from the opportunity
If you create a contact because you'd like to assign them with the lead contact type, we advise you you to do this from the funnel section of the CRM app. It's better to create a lead and create or assign a contact to this, the contact will directly be linked to this lead. Also, the contact type information will automatically change to Lead and this will be displayed in your contact list page and anywhere else you can see your contacts in Holded.
Note: It is important to choose the "Lead" option in contact type to make it clear that this contact comes from the CRM app and that it is not a fixed client at the moment.
