You can add multiple employees to your Holded account in just a few minutes using our import template.
How to add all your employees in bulk
Import all your data from Excel files or directly from any other accounting software.
For the team app, you'll be able to import your employees, payrolls and recurring payrolls into your Holded account.
To start importing multiple employees into your Holded account, click on the employees import available.
Download the import template and complete the fields, you should find the following column names in the import option:
- Last name
- Date of Birth
- Bank account number
- Identification number
- Social security number
- Postal code
- Address Non-resident
- City Non-resident
- Postal code Non-resident
- Province Non-resident
- Country Non-resident
- Identification number Non-resident
- City of birth
- Country of birth
- Deadline for non-resident situation (dd/mm/yyyy)
Once you have added all the relevant information into the Excel file, save this and click Select, upload your file here.
