To find this section in your Holded account, click Team app then Documents from the Sidebar
You will be able to manage all the documents you have entered in your Holded Team app. Below are the folders you'll be able to manage:
Manage payroll documents
When you create a payroll in Holded, you will have the option to upload documents to your account in relation to the payroll- After you have done this, these files will appear in the Payroll folder within the Holded team app. Here you'll be able to upload and download all your payrolls.
Manage the absence documents
In this folder, you'll be able to manage your teams absence documents. When they create or log an absence you will be provided with an option to upload any files. Normally, files related to absences can be documents to prove any particular medical documents or approval by a doctor etc. These files can include supporting evidence for any absence requests and can be used to monitor and manage all the relevant information.
You can upload and download all the files entered here.
Manage contract documents
When you create a contract you will have the option to add files to your contract. In the team app, you will find these files under the contract folder. This can contain a contract and any document related to a contract. You can upload or download any files related to the contract in this folder.
Manage documents (additional files)
In the Documents folder, you will find any additional files related to you. This can include proof of specific documents for example, a passport, ID card or social security information. This section is a place where you can add all the relevant important files.
By having all the relevant documents within the team app, you'll be able to easily access them in the future and download the files wherever you are 😁
