What is a CRM?
CRM (customer relationship management) is when an organisation has a set of guidelines and practises to follow when interacting with and gaining customers. The CRM app will enable companies to keep track of their contacts details and interactions, and to keep track of all the leads and opportunities.
With the CRM app you'll be able to do the following:
- Keep track of new deals
- Create funnels to manage the stages of your leads
- Create multiple pipeline
- See all your deals, lost deals, won deals and new deals
- Add leads
- Assign labels to your opportunities
- Find your activities you have created in the Holded Calendar app
