Adding a funnel to the Holded CRM app couldn't be easier! To start adding a funnel, you'll need to have the CRM app installed from the app store, if you haven't done so already, all you need to do is click on the Holded app store > CRM > turn on. Once you have this added to get to the CRM app, you'll need to click on the Holded app store from the grid icon > CRM > Funnels

What is a funnel?
A funnel in a CRM will show the stages in the sales process your leads go through before becoming customers. It enables you to track the progress and status of each lead and the result of this.
How to add a funnel in Holded CRM
To add a funnel to your account, you'll need to be in the Holded CRM app > click on the left hand side nav bar > Funnels.
- To add a funnel all you need to do is click on the drop down list in the Pipeline and click on + Add funnel. The default funnel will be Pipeline but you can add as many funnels as you'd like
- Enter a funnel name and click Create
- You will then notice that the Pipeline title will be replaced by the new funnel you just created
You are now ready to start adding users and new deals to your funnels in Holded CRM.
