What is the Holded Calendar app?
The Holded Calendar app connects to the Holded Invoicing app and CRM. The app will enable you to manage all your tasks from one place
Not only will you be able to see when your documents are due, you'll also be able to look into these further and edit anything you need to.
You can create events and share these with your contacts and your company
When you create an event, you can also set a reminder. This will send a reminder email to those who you have added to the event
You can create tasks for yourself, this is a way that you can manage what you need to do and keep track of this. This will help you to keep up to date with everything that you need to do.
The Calendar app has been designed with a colourful theme to make managing tasks happy 🤗 and easy to use.
With the Calendar app installed, you'll be able to keep track of all your tasks, events and documents from one place 👍

Manage the app permissions
If you have just created your Holded account and you haven't added any users, it will on be you that can access the Holded app. When you add a new user to your account, you'll need to choose what they see. When you create a new user, you will see a range of checkboxes during the creation process - this is where you'll be able to manage what they have access to.
Note: only the admin will be able to change the permissions of the apps in Holded
