From Calendar you'll be able to see who is out of the office, when they will be out of the office and if there are any pending absence requests.

You will be able to see all the absences within your team in the calendar view. This will show the name of the employee and will also be highlighted in a specific shade to show which type of leave the employee has taken.
If there are any pending leave requests, they will be highlighted in the calendar in a lighter shade for the absence request, along with an exclamation mark. For example, if an employee has requested paternity leave, this will appear in the calendar in a light brown shade and this will have a red exclamation mark to the right of it.
Calendar - Team view
The team view will enable you to see a more dynamic view of all employees and their absences. This view is visually even clearer, and each employee within an organisation will have access to it. Below is a list of fields you’ll be able to see in this view.
Date and year
Filter - you will be able to filter by name, workplace and team A list of all your employees and team members will be included in the first column on the left hand side. Today's date will be highlighted in a lavender colour.
You will also find that the dates an employee has requested to have off will appear in a bar shape. This will also appear in the same colour as the type of leave colour identifier.
You will now be able to manage your team and their absences all in one place. Not only is this easy to use, it is also great to keep track of all the requests and ensure that the requests submitted are responded to ✅❌
