How to get there
- Click on the Control menu, in the upper right corner of your screen
- Select Settings
- From Team, click on Absences
How to create a time off type
By default, you will find four types of absences already generated and configured: vacations, illnesses, paternity and illness of a relative. You can edit them as it suits you best, but you can only delete them in case that there are not related absence's requests.
- Access to Time off types
- Click the button New time off type
- Fill in the fields
Click on the icon to get more details
- Press Create time off type
How to edit a time off type
- Access to Time off types
- Select the type of absence you want to modify
- Edit the data according to your needs
- Click Save
How to delete a time off type
- Access to Time off types
- Select the type of absence you want to delete
- Click Delete
- Confirm the operation
