Learn here how to manage time off policies
In Holded you can add and customize the time off policies of your company to manage vacations and days off for your employees.
You can create as many as you need, differentiating by types of absences (such as paternity leave or vacations) and customizing the characteristics of each one, deciding whether to deduct days or if, for example, a proof document is needed.
For an absence policy to be effective, you will have to assign it to your employees. By default, the system will assign the Basic absence policy, which you can edit from the Settings>Time off types section.
