How to get there
- Go to Team
- Select Employees
How to create an employee
- From Employees, click on the button New Employee
- Fill in the fields with the information about name, surname and email
- Click on Create
How to complete an employee file
- Click on the employee's name from the list
- From the preview, click the Edit button
- Complete the fields about Preferences Click on the icon to see more information
- Fill in the details about personal information
- Enter your accounting information
Keep in mind that the accounts related to payroll, social security, personal income tax etc. are preselected by default.
You can modify them anytime you need.
How to edit an employee file
- Click on the employee's name from the list
- From the preview, click on the three-dot button
- Select Edit
How to delete an employee
- Select the employee from the list
- From the section that appears at the bottom of your screen, click Delete
- Confirm the operation
