How to connect your Amazon Marketplace with Holded
To connect your Amazon marketplace with your Holded account you will have to follow the steps below.
A good way to complement the Amazon integration is to activate the Inventory gem, as you will be able to view sales orders and waybills, among others. Of course, this is only a recommendation and is a completely optional step.
As far as bi-directional stock synchronization is concerned, this integration supports single products and variants, not including product packs or lots.
1. Activate the Amazon integration with Holded
- Go to the Control menu located in the upper right corner of the platform
- Click on Holded Store
- In the Integrations section, locate Amazon
- Click the Activate button
2. Set up the Amazon integration in Holded
Remember that in order to set up this integration, you must have a Professional seller plan on Amazon.
To add your marketplace and set up the Amazon integration in Holded:

You can always edit the options of the added marketplaces by going back to the Settings page
If when you go back to the settings options, your screen keeps loading permanently (Loading data from Amazon), it is a sign that some Amazon keys were not entered correctly. This could only happen for integrations that were done manually in the past. In this case, go back to the Settings page and re-add the marketplace, following the instructions detailed in step 3.

How to add additional marketplaces in Holded
Before adding new marketplaces, make sure that the first one is 100% loaded and in green or blue color, not in red. In the case of appearing in red color, verify that it is not because the last order placed in that marketplace occurred months ago.
Make sure that the marketplace you add to Holded has at least one order. Otherwise, it will keep loading in a loop.
If you sell in different countries you will have multiple Marketplace IDs on Amazon. You will need to add each of them separately in your Holded account.
The procedure is easy, from the Settings page click on the Add button in the top right corner and repeat the procedure detailed in the previous sections: Set up the Amazon integration in Holded and Edit the Amazon order import options in Holded.
