Holded enables you to export your invoices to the Dropbox platform so you can store your documents in your Dropbox account. In order to carry out the integration you'll need to follow the below steps
- Access the Holded Store
- Select the Dropbox option found in the Integrations section
- Activate the free integration
- Click on Connect with your account
- When you have accessed the account with your email address and password, the message Installed Correctly will appear
- Export your invoices to Dropbox
To start exporting the invoices to Dropbox simply follow the below steps:
- Access the Invoicing app
- Enter the Sales module and then click on Invoices
- Select all the invoices you want to export in bulk.
Select the button Dropbox, this will appear below, and you will have your invoices in Dropbox.
Once you have exported the invoices, a folder called (Holded / Invoices) will be created where you will find all the invoices exported.
