When to use dynamic words
Dynamic words are used to automate the editing of your messages with those data already present in your Holded account, such as, for example, the name of a contact or the type of document, among many other things.
An example of a practical application of dynamic words is redacting your email templates, where, instead of leaving an empty space and editing each time the data about your client's name or the type of document, you can simply write: 'Hello, [name], attached the [doctype] [docnum] '.
The system will detect the related data and use it to fill in the document automatically, as long as this data is present on the platform.
