- Access Settings (gear wheel)
- Click on More options.
- Click on the "Sidebar" option
How to personalise your side barIn your Holded account you can customise the side bar so that you see the sections that apply to you.
Any changes made, will affect all users of the account.To configure the personalised access check the section of the academy "Invite your team members".
Choose which modules and features you want to appear in your account by clicking on the left hand side nav bar.
To show a tab in the side bar, you'll need to ensure the button is blue. If you don't want an option to appear in the side bar, all you need to do is click on the blue bar and this will change to grey (this is then deactivated and will not appear in your Holded account).
You can activate / deactivate the following sections and subsections:
- Sales: Income, Quotes, Pro-formas, Recurring invoices, Sales Orders, Waybills, Sales Channels
- Purchases: Purchases, Payroll, Recurring invoices, Purchase orders, Expense accounts, Inbox, Smart Scan
By customising your side bar, you'll be able to access all the tabs that are relevant to you.
