How to get there
- Go to Sales
- Select Invoices
The steps explained in this article are valid for all your sales documents, such as Quotes or Proformas.
How to send an invoice
Keep in mind that at the moment, it is only possible to send one email for each invoice generated.
- Select your invoice from the list
- In the view that opens up, click on the Send button
- Check and edit, if necessary, the text of the template associated with your invoice
- Click on the Send button
Save time by sending invoices directly from the list: click on the three-dot button for each document and select Send. Send them in bulk by selecting multiple invoices and clicking the Send button from the bulk actions menu. You can write a message or use one of your templates.
How to download an invoice
- Select your invoice from the list
- In the view that opens up, click on the three-dot button
- Click on Download

How to print an invoice
- Select your invoice from the list
- In the view that opens up, click on the three-dot button
- Click on Print
