By importing your sales documents in Holded, whether from the current year or other years, you will have all the history of your invoices, quotes and more registered on the platform, automatically linked to your accounting and reflected in the respective monitoring report.
If you already have sales documents registered in Holded and you import others with the same numbering, they will be duplicated. Learn here how to update the numbering of your documents in bulk.
To carry out this process correctly, Holded provides you with a CSV/Excel template for each type of document. Just fill it out and then upload it again to the platform.
What sales documents can be imported to Holded?
1. Import sales invoices
You can import the issued invoices either from the current or other years, depending on what you need.
