The access to My Zone is granted only to those people who have a Holded user account assigned to their employee profile.
There are two types of user profiles that can access My zone:
Employees that can only access to My zone (Guests)
No matter the payment plan you choose, you can have as many users with a Guest role as you need.
When Holded is used exclusively to manage data as an employee or as a supervisor, the user role to select is Guest. In this case, the profile will only have access to My zone.
In case you want to extend the access of a guest role profile to other sections of the platform, you will have to modify its role from the users section.

Holded allows the access to different parts of the platform through roles.

When other sections of Holded are used, the profile role to select will depend on the need to use the different areas of the platform according to the mansions of the employee.
Don't forget that once your employees have a Holded account, whether they are guests or users, you must associate them to their employees profile.
