My zone is a module within the Team application, where you can find your employee profile and manage your personal information such as Payrolls, Time Tracking, Absences and other documents.

Holded users will have to be linked to their employee profile to access, while non-Holded users will be invited as guests to be able to access to My zone
The Summary dashboard contains three groups of widgets with information and action buttons:
- The Absences section allows you to easily consult your next holidays, Bank Holidays, your vacation days balance and a shortcut to request days off is also present.
- The Payroll section lets you see your last payrolls, the amount you were paid and a shortcut to the dedicated section to consult all of your payslips.
- The Time tracking section shows the last 7 days and your average working hours and days. A shortcut lets you clock in and clock out.
From the left bar you can find several tabs dedicated to your employee profile and to the workers of your Company. You can individually select each one of them to get a detailed view.
Bear in mind that in the Team tab dedicated to your co-workers you will only be able to see the information that your colleagues decided to share. The same happens with the information of your own profile.
In case you are a Supervisor, you will also have access to your team dashboard control from the very same left bar.

Time Tracking
It is designed to have an overview of your working hours divided by its totality, average and overtime as well as the counting of your clocked in time. Also, you can have a visual view of the last two weeks of your schedule through the Time Tracking Panel. All the Time tracking records can be added and edited before approval.
Absences
It’s the section where you can request days off and see how many you have left, as well as see the year calendar and the local bank holidays.

Payrolls
Here you can find all the payslips that your HR admin previously uploaded. Additionally a simple view of your net salary for each worked month is displayed.
Documents
All the official documents related to your work, such as your working contract and paid leave justifications, are concentrated in this section.
My Profile
It’s where all your personal information is centralized, such as your fiscal details and your contact information. You can edit each of the fields and decide which information you would like to share with your colleagues.

Calendar
All the information of your colleagues’ working calendar is accessible from this view so that you can be updated on their absences and plan yours. The information can be filtered by location or by team.
Team
This a list of all the workers of your Company and their information according to what they chose to share. You can decide what columns you want to display.
Team tab will be hidden by default. In case you need to enable it, you can do so by going to the control menu and select Settings>Team>Employee Portal and activate the Show Team information option.
