The Holded Calendar integration feature helps to import and synch a third-party calendar account, whether you use Google, Outlook or any other, with the one available in the platform.
The connection is bidirectional, meaning that all the changes made in Holded will be matched on your external Calendar. Events are automatically synched with a retroactivity of 30 days maximum.
Every time you make an update or delete an activity linked to the calendar, it will be reflected on both the third-party calendar and the one in Holded.
If you have more than one calendar in your external account, you can enable only the ones you want to use in Holded. You can decide later if you want to enable or disable any of your calendars.
When connecting a third party account, your calendar properties (colors, etc) will be copied from the original calendar.
Holded requires all events to have an activity type (such as Call, Meeting, Flight, etc). Synced events will be assigned one of these by default. You can change them for new events synced, but old events synced will remain under the prior default event type.
Anyone with a Holded account can access and connect their own third-party account, however the calendars are private and not shared with other users.
When adding participants to an event it will be added to their Holded calendar under My shared events” Invitees with no Holded account will receive an email from your third party account.
If you are ready, check here how to connect your third party calendar.
