The Activities in Holded allow you to register reminders and events in your Calendar.
You can create them for yourself and invite others, as well as relate them to a CRM Deal or link them to a Contact history.
By default, the activity types will always be Meeting, Call, Flight, Lunch or Dinner. You can customize them, if you need to, by modifying or including more typologies. Learn more in this article.

Creating email reminders
Activity reminders can be set to be sent by email along with a note to go with it. These notifications will be sent automatically based on the time options you select.
Sharing an activity
Depending on whether the person invited is a user of your Holded account or not, you can either assign them an activity or, if it is someone external, invite them. For those users with an assigned activity, the event will appear under My Shared Events of their Holded Calendar.

Adding a Deal
Assign your activity to an existing opportunity or create a new one.
Linking a contact profile
Link the activity to a customer or supplier.
Through the Activity scheduler tool, you can generate links to personalized pages where a meeting can be booked with you according to the time slots you want to make available.
