The activity creation form contains the same fields no matter where you are creating it from.
The type of activity can be a Meeting, Call, Flight, Lunch or Dinner, but you can also customize your own types.
You can define whether it’s a full day event or select a date and time for the beginning and end of the activity.
Optionally, you can set up a reminder that will be sent via email. You can choose one of the following options for the reminder to be sent before the event:
- 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes before
- 1 or 2 hours before
- 1 or 2 days before
If you decide to do so, you can optionally write text that will be added on the message of the reminder.
Depending on whether the person you want to invite has a Holded account in your company or not, you may Assign the activity or Invite via email.
This will change the way they receive the invitation as well: for assignees, the event will appear in their My shared events within Holded.
For internal information, you can add the information of the opportunity you’re managing. This will also bring the information about the value of the opportunity with the currency previously selected while configuring your account.

You can also link a contact whether it’s a person or a company, and it will appear in the details of that contact afterwards.
When creating an activity you can additionally save the event to your third-party calendar if you previously configured your account.
