The Activities in Holded allow you to register reminders and events in your Calendar.
You can create Activities for you or invite other people, in addition to relating them to the CRM Opportunities by adding the data of the lead you are managing and the information about the value in its corresponding currency. You can also link an Activity to a Contact, in order to display this information in its detailed view.
The types of activity can be Meeting, Call, Flight, Lunch or Dinner; however you can customize them, if you need it, by modifying the default types or including new ones. The Activity creation form always contains the same fields, no matter where you are creating it from.
You can define whether it’s a full-day event or select a date and time for the beginning and end of the activity.
You can create reminders that will be sent by email and, if you decide to do so, you can also write a text that will accompany the reminder.
Furthermore, you can choose one of the following timing for the reminder to be sent before the event:
- 5, 10, 15, o 30 minutes before
- 1 o 2 hours before
- 1 o 2 days before
Depending on whether the invited person has a Holded account within your company, you can assign them an activity or invite them by email. This will change the way the invitation is received - for those assigned, the event will appear in My Shared Events.
When creating an activity, you can additionally save the event to your third-party calendar if you previously configured your account.
