Can I create a system event?
No, system events are generated automatically when documents, for example an invoice, are created.
Why is my email invitation not arriving when I created an activity?
Only reminders are sent. Make sure to select when should the email alert be sent from the drop-down menu.
Why can’t I see the due date of an invoice?
Make sure to filter from system events the type of document. You might not see the due invoices either because you don’t have permissions or the invoice doesn’t have a due date specified.
Who can access the Holded Calendar?
Anyone with a Holded account can access all the calendar events and activities as long as they have the roles of Administrator, Finance, and Sales.
Those with the roles of Human Resources, Projects member and CRM member can see and manage calendar activities but not system events.
