The Holded Calendar not only works like any other calendar, showing all the activities on your agenda, it is also a powered up tool to manage and monitor all those essential reminders for your company, such as the expiration of invoices, recurring expenses or CRM activities.
You can invite participants, create reminders and integrate opportunities from CRM and contacts
What can you see in Calendar?
System events
These events are created automatically so that those users of your company with the correct permissions can see the relevant dates on the documents created in Holded. For example, when you create an invoice, Calendar generates an entry for its creation date and another for its due date.
My Calendar
My Calendar concentrates the activities you have manually created, such as a call with a provider. They can be activities generated in Holded or synchronized from your external calendar.
My shared events
In My shared events, you will find the invitations to the activities that your colleagues organize and that they want to share with you.
What can you do in Calendar?
Register activities
From Calendar you can create activities manually, register them and assign them a category, such as Meeting, Call, Flight, etc.
Activities can also be created by managing the CRM Opportunities, in the Activities section or from the Create button (+) on the toolbar.

Synchronize your external calendar
Holded can be integrated with your external calendar through a two-way connection, so that you can have all your events synced in one place. Events synced from an external account will be automatically assigned to a default event type.

Schedule activities
The Activity scheduler allows you to create a personalized link where your invitees can book meetings with you based on the time slots you decide to mark as available.
The Activity scheduler is a Gem that can be enabled from the Holded Store.
