What is the problem?

Although from Holded we recommend the use of Chrome, Holded is compatible with your favorite browsers:

However, make sure you have the latest version installed to avoid any technical issues:

The operating system of the phone, PC, or tablet from which you make your connection must be updated to its latest version. Also, make sure that you have access to a stable internet connection and that you are able to run one of the major browsers mentioned above.

Check your browser's cache and cookies
In general, browsers use cache and cookies to store information about visited websites. Removing them usually fixes typical problems like website loading, so we suggest you do it.

If you have already updated your operating system and browser version and deleted the cache and cookies, and the problem still persists, you can try loading the page from another browser.
